Summary:
This role is responsible for providing maintenance, programming, operation and support for audiovisual systems with a primary focus on the Sunday Worship Experiences, and a secondary focus on all other departments.
Key Results Area #1- Support & Opperation
Support
Help to configure equipment, software accounts, and infrastructure for production teams.
Serve to repair and help troubleshoot production hardware and software issues for all campuses through campus support teams.
Provide clear communication and response while managing tasks and repairs
Operate
Provide quality industry-level operation for any production AVL equipment that is occasionally needed on a Sunday or an Event in the Journey Calendar.
Measurable Goals:
100% of requested responses are resolved.
100% of scheduled tasks are completed within set deadlines.
Key Results Area #2 - Production and Multicampus/Online Campus Programming
Maintenance
Help to manage and maintain inventory of all audiovisual assets across all departments.
Innovation
Work closely with other members of the team to implement new tech systems and processes to
better serve our staff, Dream Teamers, and advance the vision of the Church.
Manage
Ensure that live, online, and multicampus hardware and cloud software are configured and programmed correctly on a weekly basis.
Provide live AVL operation support for production teams during any services and events.
Program
Retrieve Audio Engineering and programming elements from the experience team on a weekly basis.
Program and test all hard systems listed on the Service Pre-Flight Checklist on a weekly basis.

100% of programming Items are completed weekly by given deadlines
100% Dreamteamers have a distraction free and empowering operating experience with all equipment and systems.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
● Strong leadership skills and a history of team management
● Proven track record of effective time management
● Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
● Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
● Excellent written and grammar skills
● Able to clearly communicate vision decisions to necessary staff and volunteers
● Ability to learn and use Planning Center Online Software
● Ability to learn and use Monday.com task management
